Organization

Our mission is to raise awareness of domestic violence in the family community and to offer legal document preparation assistance to low income individuals and victims of domestic violence. 

NS Foundation is a nonprofit organization providing legal document preparation and legal  representation programs for low income and victims of domestic violence (“Clientele”). The program will form partnerships with local shelters and  support groups and volunteer paralegals, legal document assistants, attorneys and the family law  court system.    Clientele is matched with professional volunteers from the legal community who are caring and will  listen and understanding the clientele's needs and meet their expectation to deliver quality work  products, prepared legal documents and legal representation, as needed.  

  Individual case management will be provided throughout the legal process from the beginning to the  end for each client. Monthly support meetings will be held for professional volunteers to assure their  tools for success are understood and provided by the program to assist in meeting clientele needs.    .
