Why we care

Low income individuals and victims of domestic violence were underserved in the areas of family law  services in the Family Courts (legal document preparation, representation in family court, and  mediation). Low income individuals do not have the financial resources to obtain help in  understanding their rights under family law and how to prepare the necessary documents. Victims of  domestic violence are among the greatest underserved because of their emotional barriers and being  misunderstood. NS Foundation, Inc. program understands and wants to help. We ask other legal  professionals to join us in achieving our mission.    .
